Virginia Ruth Richter, age 97, of Branson, Missouri
Virginia Ruth Richter, age 97, of Branson, Missouri, passed away July 25, 2023. She entered this life October 19, 1925, the daughter of Lester and Mamie (Shane) Gfeller.
With a loving soul, Virginia was a wonderful person who loved to help others. She enjoyed quilting, knitting, crocheting, and spending time with family and friends. Though Virginia did not make it to her goal of living to 120 years, her incredible life of 97 years and 9 months will be fondly remembered and cherished by all who knew her.
Virginia is survived by her niece, Debbie Sumter of Kansas City, Missouri; nephews: Steve Gfeller of Kansas City, Missouri, Russell Gfeller of Kansas City, Missouri, and Jeff Gfeller of St. Louis, Missouri; dear friend, Betty Blackwell; as well as many other friends and extended family.
She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers: Lee and Rex Gfeller; and nephew, Bruce Gfeller.
