Ralston Eugene Clark “Gene”, 87, passed away on December 10, 2025.
Ralston Eugene Clark “Gene”, 87 of Ozark, Missouri, passed away peacefully December 10, 2025, at the Ozark Nursing and Care Center, Ozark, Mo. He was born November 28, 1938, in Springfield, Missouri, to Ralston and Naomi (Roam) Clark. Gene was a lifelong resident of Southwest Missouri, having lived in Crocker, Springfield, and Kissee Mills. He graduated from Springfield High School (Central). Ralston served his country in the United States Navy.
Ralston married Bonnie Claypool on Aug. 25, 1956 and to this union they were blessed with one son. They were married for forty-six years before her passing. Gene married June Marie Gallo on November 20, 2003, in Branson, Missouri and they were blessed with twenty-two years together.
Gene was a faithful member of Taneyville Union Chapel, Taneyville, Missouri, for the past 20 years. He is with his Lord and Savior whom he loved.
He worked at three of the OTASCO stores in Springfield. Gene enjoyed fishing, camping, the outdoors and traveling, seeing the United States.
Ralston was proceeded in death by his parents, wife Bonnie Clark, son Michael Clark and sister Barbra Presley.
Ralston is survived by his loving wife June of the home and numerous family members.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12, 2025, at 10:00 am with service at 11:00 am, Snapp-Bearden Forsyth Chapel, Forsyth, Missouri. Rev. Steve Clark will officiate. Burial will follow at Kissee Mills Cemetery, Kissee Mills, Missouri. Military honors will be provided by Veterans of the Ozarks and US Navy.
Services are under the direction of Snapp-Bearden Forsyth Chapel, Forsyth, Missouri.
