Brenda Joyce Lichthart, age 70, of Marionville, Missouri
Brenda Joyce Lichthart, age 70, of Marionville, Missouri, passed away April 13, 2022, in Springfield, Missouri. She entered this life June 27, 1951, in Merced, California, the daughter of Ted and Leona (Granados) Leyba. She is preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Carl; and a sister, Francis. She was joined in marriage July 12, 1999, to Peter Lichthart.
Brenda worked in retail sales for her working life, but her greatest accomplishment would be a loving wife, mother, and oma. Her home life was her joy. She will be greatly missed.
Brenda is survived by her husband of nearly 23 years, Peter Lichthart; daughter, Holly (John) Hardin of Florida; grandchildren: John (Clarissa), Taylor, Candace, Kristen, and Jessica; great-grandson, Lucas; sister, Janice Fields; and brother, Ted Leyba Jr.
