Hollister Drops District Volleyball Title Match

The Hollister Lady Tigers dropped a tough Class 3 District Volleyball District Title match Saturday at Mountain Grove.

The top seeded Lady Tigers dropped the first two games to second seed Mountain View-Liberty before rallying to take the next two games. Hollister seemed poised to claim the district title, leading 12-10 in the fifth set needing to get to 15 for the win. The Lady Eagles however rallied, taking five of the final six points to claim the game 15-13.
