A woman from Kirbyville was flown to Springfield in serious condition after an accident on a pit bike early Sunday evening.
According to the report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 18-year-old Mackenzie White was driving in a field when she was unable to stop the pit bike. She eventually went over a ravine and was ejected from the bike when it hit the ground.
White is being treated at Cox South Hospital in Springfield.
