A warming fire gets out of control causing damage to a building and surrounding land Saturday evening.
According to a post on the Western Taney County Fire Protection District Facebook page, the fire off Green Acres Road north of Branson started getting out of control around 6:20 with several western units responding to the scene. The fire damaged an acre of land as well as the back half of an apartment according to the post.
There were no injuries reported with the fire units clearing the scene shortly after 8:00 pm.
