The owner of a Springfield Based Towing Business which includes a Branson location has been arrested after violating conditions of his release after a tampering charge earlier this year.
According to an Ozarks First report, Affordable Towing owner Dennis Cleveland was arrested last week after violation of those conditions according to Federal Court Documents.
Cleveland was charged in March to conspire with another person to tampering with his trucks’ emissions systems to get around guidelines set forth by the Clean Air Act.
Documents indicate that Cleveland appeared in court Monday for a hearing which was then continued until July 20.
