The Reeds Spring Schools' annual Golden Friends Luncheon is scheduled for March 6.
According to an email to Ozarks DynaCom, it's "a way for Reeds Spring Schools to thank the community for its support and to show the exciting things happening around the district." The event is for people 55 or older and will start at 12 p.m. in the high school’s auxiliary gym.
Attendees will enjoy a free meal and entertainment. Student choirs and bands will perform. The Roaring 20s is the theme of the evening this year.
Registration for the event is available on the district website. Registering by phone is another option; anyone wanting to do that should call 417-272-8173 and dial extension 4023.
