A man from Taney County has died after a one vehicle accident Sunday evening.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the crash occurred around 7:30 on Highway 160 east of Rueter, when a truck driven by 34-year-old Justin Day of Rueter went off the roadway striking an embankment and a tree. Day was pronounced dead at the scene by Taney County Coroner Tony Mullen.
This is the 10th Fatality in crashes worked by Troop D of the Missouri State Highway Patrol in 2022.
