Nine days after rounds of severe thunderstorms battered the area, a couple of more rounds of storms are in the forecast for today.
The National Weather Service has the Lakes Region at an Enhanced Level of severe storms with the first wave scheduled to move through the region mid-morning with the second round early this evening. Large hail and damaging winds could accompany either wave of storms with scattered tornados also a possibility and heavy rain.
