One person has died after storms that ripped through the Lakes Region Friday night.

An updated report to the National Weather Service indicates the death took place in Stone County near Table Rock Lake after a tree fell on a camper trailer. Further information provided to the Branson Tri-Lakes News by Stone County Sheriff Doug Rader indicated that the camper was located at the Old Highway 86 Campground. Meanwhile, electric crews continue to get the remaining customers who lost power restored Sunday morning. Over 2000 customers of area power companies in the Lakes Region lost power after the Friday storms moved through the area.
