Stone County Vehicle Fire Under Investigation

A vehicle fire in Lampe over the weekend is under investigation.

According to a release from the Southern Stone County Fire Protection District, fire crews from Stations 3 and 15 were called to the 4900 block of West State Highway 86 and found a vehicle fully engulfed and quickly brought the blaze under control.

The release says the fire is suspicious in nature and is being investigated by the SSCFPD Fire Marshall and the Stone County Sheriff's Office.
