Stone County Scam Awareness Seminars

The Stone County Sheriff’s Office is offering to speak before community groups and organizations to help seniors in the county be aware of potential scams.

According to a post on the Sheriff’s Department Facebook page, upcoming presentations will be Thursday at the 1st Christian Church in Kimberling City, May 22 at the Kimberling City Senior Center, and June 9 at the Ozark Mountain Community Church in Blue Eye.

Groups interested in hosting a SCAM Awareness Seminar can contact the Stone County Sheriff’s Office at (417) 357-6116.
