A man from Rockaway Beach dies after his motorcycle collides with another vehicle.
According to a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the Friday morning crash occurred at the Ozark Mountain Highroad/Highway 65 intersection when the motorcyclist was turning left onto the Highway 65 southbound ramp and pulled into the path of a vehicle eastbound on 76. The collision caused the motorcycle to overturn ejecting the driver.
The motorcyclist, not named in the report, was taken to Cox South Hospital in Springfield where he later died.
The driver of the other vehicle was not injured according to the report.
