Over the next four days, National Weather Service Forecasters are predicting several periods of showers to move through the Lakes Region with severe weather possible beginning Friday.
According to the latest release from the weather service, the showers will take place in several different waves. Potential instability starting Friday will increase the chances of some severe thunderstorms developing Friday afternoon with those chances continuing through Sunday.
Areas of flooding are also possible in areas that are in the line of constant storms.
