A man from Central America is charged with Driving While Intoxicated in a crash that led to the death of a passenger in the vehicle.
According to the report posted by the Branson Police Department, the crash took place early Saturday evening at the intersection of Gretna Road and Francis Street. The report indicates both Branson Police and Fire responded to the scene and found one vehicle had rolled over. The driver of the vehicle was identified as 31-year-old Wilian Xetzain Garcia-Rodriguez of Guatemala and is facing charges in connection with the crash. A passenger in the vehicle was fatally injured with the name yet to be released pending notification of family.
The Branson Police Department is continuing their investigation of the crash.
