The Blue Eye Board of Education is pleased to announce the selection of Dr. Kelli Alumbaugh as superintendent of Blue Eye R-V School District beginning July 1, 2024. Dr. Alumbaugh is currently the superintendent at Pierce City R-VI School District.
Dr. Alumbaugh is originally from West Plains. She completed her undergraduate degree at Missouri State University and her Doctorate at Lindenwood University. Previous employment includes Butler, Hurley and Ozark School District.
She has experience as an elementary teacher, elementary principal, athletic trainer, curriculum director, assistant superintendent and superintendent. Dr. Alumbaugh and her husband Zach are excited about becoming a part of the Blue Eye School District and community.
Dr. Alumbaugh is replacing Dr. Doug Arnold who is retiring at the end of the school year.
