EDALIA, Mo. — The director of the Missouri State Fair announced Thursday that all events typically held in the State Fair Arena will be canceled for 2024.
Organizers made the decision because of the construction of a new indoor facility that will take the place of the existing fairgrounds arena.
Missouri State Fair Director Jason Moore said he’s upset they won’t be able to host some events but is excited for the future of the fair.
