Two men are arrested after an incident in Stone County Wednesday. 

According to the release from the Sheriff’s Department, U.S. Marshals and the Probation and Parole Fugitive Team went to a house on Stone Road to arrest a fugitive. According to the release, the suspect and his roommate barricaded themselves in the house though the roommate eventually left the house and was arrested. 

With assistance from the county’s Special Response Team and Nixa PD SWAT, they entered the house and eventually arrested the fugitive. 

According to the release, both suspects went unresponsive and went for treatment at an area hospital.
