The current edition of the Missouri Department of Conservation Podcast is now posted.
In this week's interview, Taney County Agent Quenten Fronterhouse discusses one of the issues that has been occurring lately, that is the shooting of Deer at night, which is not part of the Legal Hunting Season. Hunting is limited to certain hours during the Daytime and Fronterhouse encourages people that think that activity is happening to contact Law Enforcement or the Missouri Department of Conservation through Operation Game at 1-800-392-1111.
Other information on the Podcast includes specifics about the current Deer and Turkey Seasons as well as the upcoming Bear Season and current Fishing Conditions in the region.
