A man wanted for outstanding warrants in western Missouri is apprehended in the Lakes Region.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol report indicates 32-year-old Cody McGee of Archie was taken into custody in Stone County Friday. McGee has outstanding warrants from both Bates and Cass Counties on burglary and receiving stolen property and also on a fourth degree assault charge. He failed to appear in court to face these charges which led to the warrant for his arrest.
According to the Stone County Sheriff's Office, he is still in jail at their facility on a $20,000 bond.
