A bridge across Table Rock Lake in northern Arkansas has reopened after a closure to repair a steel girder.
The Highway 187/Little Golden Gate Bridge at Beaver reopened last Thursday afternoon but will soon see some planned closures according to the Arkansas Department of Transportation.
Beginning September 2nd, the bridge will be closed daily Monday through Thursday for a planned retrofit of the stringers on the bridge. The closure will be suspended for major events in the region like the Bikes, Blues and BBQ and the War Eagle Craft Fair.
Signage will be posted on the days of the closure according to the ARDOT Release.
