A Kissee Mills woman is facing charges for an incident that allegedly occurred in Branson earlier this month.
According to the probable cause statement issued by the Branson Police Department, Carrie Lynn Kistner is accused of Robbery in the First
Degree and Armed Criminal Action for actions during an incident at a residence on Owen Lane, where she is accused of brandishing a lit butane style torch toward a victim while demanding that her boyfriend steal the victim's bicycle and a backpack.
Online documents indicate that Kistner is being held without bond in the Taney County Jail.
