Improvements complete! Ribbon cutting & reopening of Eiserman Park pickleball courts Oct. 14

Eiserman Park returns to Branson Friday; more details are in the press release below.

BRANSON, Mo – The City of Branson’s Parks & Recreation Department invites the community to a ribbon cutting to celebrate Eiserman Park’s pickleball court improvements on the new walking path at Eiserman Park, located at 201 Compton Drive, on Friday, October 14, at 9:00 a.m.

The Eiserman Park pickleball courts have been closed for the past week to patch and level the playing surface and to repaint and restripe the courts. These improvements are all funded by the Parks & Recreation’s community partner, the Branson Pickleball Club.

“This sport just exploded in popularity here in Branson. Those courts have become an important part of recreation in the Branson Community. We are excited to be able to make these improvements with the help of the Branson Pickleball Club and look forward to maintaining these courts for our growing pickleball community,” said Parks & Recreation Director, Cindy Shook.

The three pickleball courts at Eiserman Park were installed in 2020 in place of old basketball courts and included new fencing and LED lighting. Pickleball open play is currently offered in three different locations through the Branson Parks & Recreation Department including at the Branson RecPlex, Stockstill Park and Eiserman Park.
