Hudson: Medicaid and Vaccine Requirements Among Priorities Being Pushed in Jefferson City

Trying to clean up the Medicaid Program in Missouri is among the projects front and center on a Lakes Area Representatives Agenda.

138th State Representative Brad Hudson says during an interview last week on KRZK's "Ozarks Now" program that Missouri is the last state left that allows Medicaid recipients to collect benefits from more than one state. Legislation moving through the House would close that loop hole and put in a work requirement for those able to seek employment.

Another area of focus is passage of legislation preventing government entities and public schools from enforcing mandatory vaccinations as a status of employment.

Hudson also discusses the continue push for a Entertainment Tax Credit Bill including one proposed by fellow Lakes Area Rep Brian Seitz and the upcoming changing of District  Boundaries which sees Hudson losing part of Stone and Taney Counties but gaining more of Christian County in the next session.
