How Did The Hollister School District Make The Transition in Leadership Work?

It was a new administration team but mostly familiar faces that led the Hollister School District during the 25-26 School Year.

During a recent interview on KRZK's "Ozarks Now" program, Superintendent Dr. Sean Woods and Executive Director of Community Relations Mark Waugh, both in their first year in those positions after many years in the district, said the leadership program put into place in Hollister helped make the transition easier with a number of positions changing this past year. Woods added that already knowing the culture of the district made the transition to new duties less stressful

Prior to their current positions, Woods had been the Assistant Superintendent of District Operations while Waugh served as the Principal for the District's Early Childhood Center and Elementary School.

The duo also talked about some of the events of the past year, including the High School Learning Day that sent students to help in several areas of the community as well as the continued growth of the Childhood Development Center and the new Athletic Fieldhouse.
