An event that is part Open House, Part Community Event, "Night of the Tiger" has become the official start to the school year in Hollister.

The annual event also includes "The Taste of Hollister" contest and the Family Fair which runs at the school complex from 5:00 to 8:00 pm.

Wilson and Connell also talked about the beginning of long-range planning for the district and they input the will seek to receive entering that evaluation.
