Several highways in Taney County will see lane closures over the next week for seal and coating work on the roadway.
The work will be done on Highway Y in Forsyth to Powersite Dam along with sections of Highway O near Kissee Mills and Highway KK near Cedar Creek.
According to a release from the Missouri Department of Transportation, crews will seal the road with a mixture of rock and oil to help preserve the roads.
The work will take place Thursday through next Tuesday on Highway Y while the work on Highway O will take place August 5-7 and on KK August 6-12. The work will take place between the hours of 7:00 am and 4:00 pm daily.
