BRANSON, MO (July 27, 2026) – Rick Huffman, CEO of HCW, announced today the acquisition of Evergreen, the iconic 32,000-square-foot lakefront estate built by renowned local businessman and philanthropist Robert Plaster. The acquisition includes 365 acres and more than three miles of shoreline along Table Rock Lake, with additional frontage along Highway DD in Stone County.
BRANSON, MO (July 27, 2026) – According to a release, Rick Huffman, CEO of HCW, announced the acquisition of Evergreen, the iconic 32,000-square-foot lakefront estate built by renowned local businessman and philanthropist Robert Plaster. The acquisition includes 365 acres and more than three miles of shoreline along Table Rock Lake, with additional frontage along Highway DD in Stone County.
Restoration efforts on the main residence are already underway. Huffman plans to open Evergreen to the public in the near future, allowing guests to experience the historic estate and its natural surroundings. Looking ahead, Huffman intends to develop portions of the surrounding acreage into a mixed-use destination include a luxury condominium residence, restaurant, spa, and additional amenities. The property was rezoned primarily for commercial use several years ago, providing a foundation for future development plans.
