One of the longest running ceremonies in the Lakes Region is in Hollister. Long said there will be activities going on at Chad Fuqua Park as well as along Historic Downing Street. The Fireworks themselves will be begin just after 9:00. Legends 1063 will again play Patriotic Music during the hour and coordinate with the start of the Fireworks Celebration.
Among other celebrations in the region will be the annual Fire in the Sky event in Harrison. The city's Police Department has posted on their Facebook page information about the event with several streets closing downtown.
Other celebrations in the region will include long-running Fireworks Shows in Eureka Springs, Galena, Rockaway Beach, and Shell Knob.
Check out this website's Arvest 4th of July Fireworks Calendar of Events for information on these and other celebrations in the Lakes Region through the weekend.
