FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — A Fayetteville man pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 30 years in prison on Wednesday for his involvement in a 2022 crash that killed a Missouri man, according to court documents.
Jake Pinneo, 34, pleaded guilty to first-degree manslaughter and four drug possession charges. Pinneo was also given a 15-year suspended sentence, according to an order.
The manslaughter and battery charges were related to a two-vehicle crash on Highway 45 near Goshen that killed Donald Kramer, 41, of Nixa, Mo. in December 2022.
