Polls in Branson, Branson West, and Indian Point are open until 7:00 this evening as voters in those communities and some surrounding areas will have the opportunity to cast ballots on issues.
For Branson and Indian Point as well as some other areas of Taney and Stone Counties, the renewal of the 1% Tourism Tax administered by the Tourism Community Enhancement District is the only issue. Meanwhile, voters in Branson West will be deciding on three ballot issues, a bond issue for Sewer and Waterworks Improvements and Expansion as well as a Retail Marijuana Tax and a Public Safety Tax.
Polls will be open until 7:00 tonight. Results will be posted online as soon as they are released plus announced on a special evening edition of Ozarks Now at 8:00 pm on Legends 1063.
