One of the vehicles used in a popular television show and movie is involved in a traffic crash.
According to a post from the Western Taney County Fire Facebook page, firefighters along with Taney County Ambulance District and Hollister Police responded to a single vehicle motor vehicle incident on Historic Highway 165 Sunday afternoon. Both occupants were evaluated and transported by Taney County Ambulance District.
The post says that the vehicle was one of the "General Lee" cars that was used for the television show and movie "The Dukes of Hazard." The post says there were over 330 vehicles that were made for the 1980's TV Show and the 2005 movie.
