The Lakes Region experiences Dense Fog and could see foggy conditions persist during the day on Thursday.
The National Weather Service has issued Dense Fog Advisories for all of the Arkansas and Missouri Lakes Region until 9:00 am. Forecasters say that areas between Springfield and Harrison will have visibility reduced to less than a quarter of a mile. Motorist are urged to be cautious while driving during the morning commute.
Some areas could see patchy fog throughout the day with rain chances also increasing tonight and overnight before leaving the area Friday morning. Warmer temperatures will also move into the area with highs in the 50s moving into the 60s by the weekend.
