In part two of his series on COVID-19 and the Disability Community, Ozarks Dynacom's JonChristopher Collins discusses how safety measures designed to help people during the pandemic, including masking and social distancing, have had the opposite effect on the disabled which in some cases, has even worsened their situation both financially and physically.

The article also deals with the issues some mobile healthcare providers have endured similar to what employers are dealing with in all aspects of business, the lack of employees to help those patients.
