City of Branson Posts Updates with New Social Media Feature

The City of Branson recently began posting periodic updates on city business on Facebook.

Called "Branson City Scoop", the feature recaps events and meetings including board meetings. The feature can be found on the City of Branson Facebook Page. 

Among the items posted on the latest edition includes a recap of the first quarter financial report that was presented to the Branson Board of Aldermen as well as reporting the approval of an addendum with the Southwest Missouri Council of Governments to move to the next phase of the update on the city's Comprehensive Plan and announcing the appointment of Derik Frederiksen to the Grand Country Resort Community Improvement District and to the Tourism Community Enhancement District.
