City Finance Director Presents Review of TIFs

Branson had three active Tax Increment Financing (TIFs) from 2020 to 2024, according to Branson Finance Director Allison Ramsey.

She talked about the TIFs during Tuesday night's aldermen meeting. She said the active TIFs during those years were for the Branson Landing, Branson Hills and Aquarium at the Boardwalk. TIFs promote redevelopment.
