Basing a vacation out of one location or hub and visiting several different areas is a trend many in the Lakes Region are seeing.
Morgan Williams, Director of the Cassville Chamber of Commerce, says during an interview Tuesday on KRZK's Ozarks Now that the Cassville area offers a different element that can be combined into a vacation experience.
Williams said that Cassville has seen a lot of visitors this year including for the Trout Fishing Opening Day in March at Roaring River and that another event related to fishing, Trout Fest, is coming up this fall.
