The 2026 Dates and Locations are set for the Brandon Burlsworth Football Camps.
Marty Burlsworth, Founder of the Brandon Burlsworth Foundation, talked about the 26th year of the camps on KHOZ's "Around the Table" program. The first camp will take place at Farmington High School on May 28, Harrison High School on May 29, and War Memorial Stadium in Little Rock on May 30.
Marty Burlsworth talked about the background of the camps and the foundation formed after Brandon's death in a traffic crash in 1999. Brandon Burlsworth graduated from Harrison High School after which he walked on and became an All-SEC and All-American Player by his senior year. Brandon had been drafted by the Indianapolis Colts prior to his death.
The Brandon Burlsworth Foundation coordinates the football camps for youth as well as other initiatives including the "Eyes of a Champion" program that focus on children's eyecare.
