Branson Man Charged with Sexual Abuse of a Minor

A Lakes Area man is facing charges after being accused of the sodomy of a minor.

According to the probable cause affidavit filed by the Taney County Sheriff's Office, a deputy received a sexual abuse report last week of a 4-year-old girl. After the initial report, an interview of the victim was conducted at the Child Advocacy Center in Springfield detailing what had happened after which the suspect, identified as Jacob Luce of Branson, was located and arrested. 

Luce is facing charges of Statutory Sodomy  and Incest and is being held without bond at the Taney County Jail in Forsyth.
