Emergency personnel assist two people from Colorado after one of them was injured while boating on Table Rock Lake.
According to the incident report filed by the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident occurred around 4:40 Wednesday afternoon when the boat hit a wave in an area west of Lampe. The force of the wave tossed a 73-year-old female passenger into the air then back into the boat.
The woman sustained moderate injuries and was taken to Cox Medical Center in Branson for treatment. No other injuries were reported.
