While most Lakes Region Schools in Arkansas began classes last week, schools in Missouri will take their turn getting underway for the 2024-25 School Year this week.
Schools opening classes today include Blue Eye and Hollister with Bradleyville, Crane, Forsyth, Galena, Hurley, Kirbyville, Reeds Spring, and Taneyville beginning on Tuesday.
The Branson School District begins classes for the fall on Wednesday along with Shell Knob.
One school district in Arkansas that did not get started last week, the Searcy County District will begin classes on Tuesday.
Motorist around the region are reminded to be aware of school busses being back on the road as well as heavier traffic around schools during the day.
