Several ceremonies to remember those who lost their lives during the terrorist attacks on September 11th, 2001 will take place today.
The Least We Forget Ceremony at College of the Ozarks begins at 9:00 am this morning with guest speaking Dr. Loren M. Lundstrom, who was on duty at the Pentagon the day of the attacks, being among those participating.
Another ceremony, sponsored by the City of Harrison, Harrison Fire Department, Camp Jack, and the North Arkansas Partnership for Health Education, will take place at Harrison City Hall at 9:30 am. That event will be proceeded by a Flag Run from Harps in Bellefonte to City Hall beginning around 7:45 am.
Big Cedar Lodge will hold its annual We Remember Ceremony at the Grandview Conference Center Lawn at 1:00 pm.
The annual Branson Remembers Ceremony will take place at the Branson Landing Fountains beginning at 6:00 pm hosted by the Brett Family and the Branson Veterans Task Force.
