Warren Farren, age 92, of Branson,
Warren Farren, age 92, of Branson, Missouri, entered into rest on July 29, 2026, at Cox Medical Center in Branson.
He was born November 2, 1933, in Spiro, Oklahoma, to Loyd and Jewell Crumb. Warren graduated high school in Tulare, California, and entered the United States Navy, where he served in the Philippines, Japan and Long Beach during the Korean War.
In 1958, Warren met Patricia “Patti” at the car hop in California. They were married on November 26, 1959, beginning a lifelong love and partnership.
Warren and his family made their home in California, where he worked in both the music industry and construction remodeling. A renowned songwriter, he was affectionately known as “The Word Man.” Later, the family moved to Florida, where Warren owned and operated the Black Titanium Golf Store and helped Patti with her décor store.
In 2006, Warren and Patti moved to Branson from Florida. In Branson, Warren produced the entertainment show at the Caravelle Theatre on West 76. He enjoyed golfing and engaging in e-commerce.
Warren was preceded in death by his parents and two daughters, Tracy Lynn Farren and Cynthia Farren.
He is survived by his longtime love, Patti Farren of Branson; his children, Angela Crumb of Gulfport, Florida, Dalan Farren of Port Richey, Florida, and Gregory Farren of Branson; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
