Graveside Services for Sylvia Pitchford, age 83 of Merriam Woods, MO will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Greenlawn Funeral Home Branson.
She passed away on Thursday, July 8, 2021 at her daughter’s home in Branson.
She was born on September 1, 1937 in Leicester, England the daughter of James and Kathleen Woodward Brown. She worked in the healthcare industry and was a homemaker.
She is survived by her two children: Debrah Barnes and husband, Jimmy of Branson, MO, and James Doud and wife, Susie of Salem, IL., one brother, Colin Brown of Skegness, England, five grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Jim Pitchford, two sisters: Doreen Love and Kathleen Mee and a granddaughter, Monica Lane.
