Sue (Cox) Mason was born December 28, 1935 in Lexington, MO.
Sue (Cox) Mason was born December 28, 1935 in Lexington, MO to Clyde U. & Lula May Cox. Sue graduated from Branson High School in 1954 and in 1956 moved away from Branson. She worked as a certified nursing assistant in private practice as well as raising her son, Clyde Mason. Sue currently lived in St. Louis but loved to make trips to Southwest Missouri and Arkansas to fish. She entered into rest on June 17, 2022 at the age of 86 at St. Mary’s Hospital in St. Louis.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers Clyde Ralph Cox and Walter Ubert Cox; sister, Naomi Genevieve Cox Cavner and brother-in-law Jack Cavner and sisters, Elizabeth Cleon Cox and N. Eileen Cox.
Sue is survived by her son, Clyde R. Mason of Huron, SD; one grandson and one great-grandson.
Her family will celebrate her life in Branson. Arrangements are under the direction of Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home & Crematory, Branson.
