Sharon Marsha White, 82 of Branson
Sharon Marsha White, 82 of Branson, was born October 12, 1943, in Flint, Michigan, to Marshall and Maxine (Mann) White. She entered into rest on Friday, May 8, 2026.
Sharon graduated from Gideon High School in Gideon, Missouri, and went on to earn her bachelor’s degree at the School of the Ozarks. After living in Chicago, Illinois, she moved back to Branson in 1978, where she became a respected purchaser for the College of the Ozarks and also taught in Forsyth Schools.
Sharon was known for her love of reading, Bible study, listening to country and gospel music, cooking, and solving puzzles. She adored cats and found joy in their companionship. As a dedicated member of the Sanctuary of Hope in Branson, Sharon was deeply involved in the card ministry, reaching out to others with kindness and encouragement.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her grandmother Iva Mann, and Iva’s husband Albert Sanchez; as well as other close family members, Don T. Vinson, Ruth “Boots” Vinson and Don “Sonny Boy” Vinson.
Sharon is survived by her first cousin, Elsie Vinson; second cousins, Melissa Vinson (Coy); Jennifer Harmon (Jim); and one niece, Pauline Thompson (Howard). Her memory will be cherished by all who knew her.
