Michael Edward Swick Jr., age 62, of Branson, Missouri

Michael Edward Swick Jr., age 62, of Branson, Missouri, passed away March 23, 2022. He entered this life April 13, 1959, in Evanston, Illinois, the son of Michael Swick Sr. and Jacquelyn (McGuire) Dresser. His mother has preceded him in death.

A lifelong master chef and pastry chef, Mike’s work and creativity converged into one activity, cooking. Mike was an imaginative and creative when it came to showing his skills. He was very protective of his family, who he loved dearly and invested time camping, fishing, or just hanging out. Mike was a gentle, giving, caring man who would give all he had to help others. His presence will be dearly missed.

Mike is survived by his wife, Teresa Swick of Branson, Missouri; son, Michael Green of Missouri; father, Michael Swick Sr. of Ormond Beach, Florida; nine siblings: Victoria (Rodney) Daniels of Ridgedale, Missouri, Elizabeth (Scott Turner) Maddy of St. Louis, Missouri, Gabriella Ritchie of New Hope, Minnesota, Ana Gray of Aurora, Missouri, Katherine Lassally of Port Orange, Florida, Eduardo Swick of Port Charlotte, Florida, Sarah Kelly of Ponce Inlet, Florida, Joey Swick of Ormond Beach, Florida, and Josh Swick of Minneapolis, Minnesota; two grandchildren: Silas Green and Aubrey Dawn Green; as well as several nephews, nieces, and extended family.
