Marcella K. “Marci” Majors
Beloved mother and grandmother, Marcella K. “Marci” Majors entered into rest on Tuesday, September 1, 2026 in Springfield, Missouri at the age of 74.
Marci was born on June 25, 1952 in Catron, Missouri. She grew up in Illinois and met the love of her life, Tommy C. Majors in Illinois. They were married on June 11, 1971. Along with being an amazing wife and mother, Marci worked outside the home beginning in a shoe factory. Her determined and bubbly spirit, took her to other successful employment endeavors with Casey’s General Stores as a manager and back into the shoe industry in retail sales. She and Tommy moved their family to Branson in the 1990s and Marci worked with the staff at Grand Country and then for many years at Rack Room Shoes.
Marci and Tommy loved traveling in their fifth wheel and camping. They traveled all across the United States both when their sons were young and later in life, just the two of them. Marci also loved going to flea markets and garage sales to find bargains and treasures. She was a very talented crafter and made beautiful wreaths. She loved flowers and her two Yorkies, Tuffy and Sissy. Her comedic personality, warm spirit and love will be deeply missed.
Marci was preceded in death by her parents, Henry & Ernestine Watson and her husband, Tommy Majors in April of this year.
She is survived by her sons, Tom Majors, Jr. & wife Rachel of Branson and Michael Majors of Battlefield, MO; her grandsons, Timothy Majors and Andrew Majors; along with many extended family members.
Funeral services will be Friday, September 25, 2026 in Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home & Crematory, Branson. Visitation will begin at 10:00 am in the funeral home, followed by the funeral service at 11:00 am with Pastor Chris McCullison officiating. Burial will be in Ozarks Memorial Park Cemetery, Branson.
