Louella Kathleen Kamkar, age 75, of Merriam Woods, Missouri

Louella Kathleen Kamkar, age 75, of Merriam Woods, Missouri, passed away July 6, 2023, with family by her side. She entered this life August 30, 1947, the daughter of Maruice McTyre and Catalina “Ruth” Jacobo. Louella was joined in marriage February 24, 2000, to Bijan Kamkar.

With a heart for family, Louella cherished spending time with her husband, daughter, and grandson. She loved making people laugh, listening to music, singing, and staying in touch with loved ones through letters and cards. Louella earned her Doctorate of Divinity from the University of Sedona. She was a kind, intelligent, determined, and generous woman. The memories and moments created throughout her life will be cherished by all who knew her.

Louella is survived by her husband of twenty-three years, Bijan Kamkar; daughter, Katarina Vicencio; and grandson, Jak Kastanas.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

There will be a celebration of life held 11:00 a.m. Saturday July 15, 2023, at Cremations of the Ozarks, 115 Industrial Park Drive, Hollister, Missouri.
